Ingredients:

250 gms unsalted sev

2¾ cups grated khoya/mawa

1 cup sugar

A pinch of saffron

1 cup milk

½ tsp rose essence

A little ghee to oil

10-12 cashew nuts, chopped

10-12 pistachios, chopped

Method:
